Melt the butter and let it cool down.
Whisk the eggs, the sugar and the vanilla sugar airy and white.
Mix flour, coconut and baking powder together and gently flip it into the dough alternately with the melted butter.
Turn the mashed banana's in.
Pour the dough into a greased form and bake the cake in the middle of the oven for approx. 50 minutes.
Put it on a baking rack and let it cool.
Mix the powdered sugar with a little bit of water (be very careful with adding water! It can easily get to thin) and make a creamy paste.
Cover the cake with the icing and start immediately with decorating before the icing get stiff.
The cake will be good for several day's if you still have something left.Enjoy!
